Privacy Policies
The My Prysmian Portal application was developed for customers of Prysmian Group companies in Brazil and Latin America and aims to serve as a sales tracking portal.
In order to use My Prysmian Portal's features, you must register with the following personal data: name, telephone, e-mail and company to which the user is linked.
The personal data collected through My Prysmian Portal will be processed exclusively for the purpose of: allowing the user to follow the logistical steps related to their purchase orders directed to the entities of the Prysmian Group, provided that the entities of the Prysmian Group identify the user as your customer and/or representative.
Your data will only be used for the purpose described above and stored on the Prysmian Group's servers only for the duration of legal and regulatory obligations. After this period all your personal data collected will be deleted.
The My Prysmian Portal data will be stored in the technology providers' logical clouds and will only be accessed by the Prysmian Group professionals responsible for the post-sales management of the orders that have been directed to them.
My Prysmian Portal will request your consent to the use of your personal data, so that the Prysmian Group can fulfill the purpose described above.
If you wish to consult, update, rectify or delete your personal data, you must make a request in the contacts section of My Prysmian Portal or send an email to our DPO: (analuiza.santos@prysmiangroup.com ). Take advantage of these channels to ask questions and make suggestions, your opinion is important to us.
TOLERANCE
Tolerance regarding the eventual non-compliance with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use by any user will not constitute a waiver of the right to demand compliance with the obligation, nor forgiveness, nor alteration of what is set forth herein.
CHANGES TO ACCESS AND TERMS OF USE
The Prysmian Group, at any time, in its sole discretion and without any prior or subsequent notice to any user or third party, may: (i) suspend, cancel or interrupt access to My Prysmian Portal and (ii) remove, change and/or update in whole or in part the My Prysmian Portal as well as its respective contents and/or Terms of Use. Any changes and/or updates to these Terms of Use will take effect from the date of their publication on My Prysmian Portal and must be fully observed by users.
